Creative Supervisor
Purpose of the Job:
The Creative Supervisor will work to enhance the impact, growth, culture, and effectiveness of the Creative Team. They will work with the Creative Team to guide the development of creative concepts for Hope City and to maximize creative influence on church-wide initiatives. They will contribute and help direct creative projects for series and weekend service development, conference and special event planning and coordination, as well as bring innovation and creative impact to large-scale projects with other departments. The Creative Supervisor is also responsible for working with other departments including full and part-time staff, to fulfill creative and design needs.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Strong leadership skills and history of team management
- Ability to impact and improve projects, processes and initiatives
- Proven track record of effective time management
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Background in the creative field
- Ability to work with creative individuals and teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Cloud
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Managing the creative arts (design), print, film, and photography teams
- Responsible for the creative direction of the weekend services for all campuses
- Uphold the brand identity and vision of Hope City and Lead Pastors
- Contribute to the development of vision, ideas, and planning for all church-wide creative elements
- Work with other departments to help innovate and improve creative elements they use such as written resources, the website, and communication pieces in print or digital
- Work with contractors and dream team to accomplish goals and creative initiatives
- Work alongside the Executive Pastor of Experience on projects that are innovative and forward-thinking for Hope City
- Work with the Marketing Team to execute church-wide projects that align with the Lead Pastor’s vision and Hope City brand
- Engage in phone conferences and meetings with other Creative Directors, administrators or church planters who are interested in Hope City’s Creative systems and culture
- Supervise the creative elements of conferences and major events
- Participate in church wide events
- Other duties as assigned
